If you are able to log in to your account with your current password but would like to reset it, please follow the instructions given below to reset your password:

If you have forgotten or lost your password, please click on the Forgot password? at login.

Please enter your Octoparse account email address and click Next to proceed with the password reset process. You should receive an email shortly afterwards (kindly check your SPAM folder if it does not appear).

If the email is still not received, ensure that your email address is correct and add the sender email (e.g., no-reply@octoparse.com) to your safe sender list. Consider contacting the support team if the issue persists.

NOTE: The length of the password must not exceed 16 digits.
