To ensure that your premium plan is not interrupted due to payment issues, please be sure to update your payment method if your card expires.
To update your payment method:
- Start off by logging your account
- Click “Payment Settings”
- Click “Change” button so that you can enter your new credit card or PayPal information
- Click “Submit” to save your changes
(If your renewal payment fails, or is declined due to incorrect or outdated payment methods, follow the instructions to update. Your account will be charged automatically once your details are updated. )
