If you get a Test Task Failed error or an error message such as "Unable to execute the task. The task is not consistent with the current version. Please re-edit the task and try again", chances are the task had been edited with a more updated version of the Octoparse App.
To resolve this, please avoid starting the extraction from the Dashboard right after the import, instead, open the task, then save it to help it reset to the current version of the App.
If the problem persists after re-saving the task, please update your Octoparse App to the latest version (check here) OR contact the support team, we'll take care of the rest.
