Why did I get network error when saving the URLs?

Question:
When I tried to save the URL to create a task, I got this error message:
"Network error. Failed to save URL configuration. Please check your network and try again."
I would like to know why it pops up and how to deal with it?
Answer:
There are mainly two reasons for this issue.
1) Octoparse has been left open and not been used for a long time.
Solution: simply reboot Octoparse client and try saving the URLs again.
Tips!
When you made changes to your task, please remember click "Save" in time, which
will help you to avoid losing data when the software suddenly exit or get stuck.
2) Octoparse network access has been blocked by antivirus
In some cases, Octoparse may be flagged falsely by antivirus software or firewall. The consequences include the network access of Octoparse gets blocked.
Solution: add Octoparse into the white list of your antivirus software and firewall. Then reinstall Octoparse in case that some of Octoparse files have been deleted.

If you are using the network of your company, you can check with the IT team to
see if the access of Octoparse has been denied or the response of Octoparse has
been deleted or filtered.
