VCA Location List Issue

Hi,

I am trying to scrape this website, but for whatever reason Octoparse does not recognize the pattern between each row and only shows the sub-elements I want for some rows. Is there a suggested fix for something like this?

There is also a separate issue that is secondary to the first, but when the data is extracted it doesn't see each location as a separate record and instead creates multiple fields like the below. Is there a way to make it so would recognize that each "column" in a row is a separate record?
