Issues scraping Monster

While scraping Monster the process seems to work for about 1.75 minutes, after that, I start receiving either completely empty rows or just a missing Description. Since the focus of my research is to evaluate the technical skills required for entry-level programmers/developers I need the text description. Is this the result of anti-scraping at efforts at Monster? Is there any way to workaround? TY
