How to extract a drop down menu

Hi, 

 

i have a website wich i have to download the dropdown menu of. I now have looked onto the Octoparse help videos and documents, but to be honest i dont find it to be explained in an understandable way. Also some of the documents about dropdown menu's is from years ago and has a different style because of the upgraded versions of Octoparse. So my question is how do i extract drop down menu's from websites and also how to extract several drop down menu's when a page has more than 1 dropdown menu.
