Google Voice Numbers

I have Google voice on the web at voice.google.com When the page loads it seems like there are tables where in one column is is there phone number and in the 2nd column there is the message. I am trying to figure out how I can scrape, copy or whatever I can do to get those numbers out into a text file or Google spreadsheet etc. Does anyone know how to do this? I have checked everywhere and no where can I find a tutorial related to anything close.
