I cant sign in my account as it shows that the internet doesnt connect. what should I do?

    Please try to turn off any antivirus software and firewall including Windows defender.

    Don't turn on any VPN. If you are using the network of your company, please check with the IT team if the access of Octoparse has been denied or blocked.

    Reinstall NET framework: Please go to the control panel>Program>Turn Windows features on or off>find .NET Framework 3.5> cancel the selection and restart the computer.

    Then go to the control panel>Program>Turn Windows features on or off>find .NET Framework 3.5> Tick the selection to install it.
