I sent a resent password request but was not able to reset the password in time. I am now locked again (for the 2nd time in 3 days). Could we please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Please contact support to unlock the account.

    Before you reset your password, make sure you have close all the Octoparse clients that were logged with the old password, on any devices.
