problem scrolling in a popup window

Hello, I'm adressing you because I'm using your tool to scrap data from ResearchGate, the problem I have that in order to extract the liste of followers by cliking show more on a user's profil, a popup up window is opened that contains all the followers, but i cant scroll down by cliking in the blank space I can only do it with the scroll bar, how can I fix that please.

  Sorry that Octoparse currently cannot deal with the scroll down inside the page. It can only scroll down the whole page.
