How do I import data from google Sheets or Excel to Octoparse?
We want certain data in the specific columns and rows of our Google Spreadsheet to be imported or generated in the specific task and the specific workflow within that task. I have attached an example of the Google Spreadsheet so you can look and see specifically the columns and rows I am referencing. For example, if we create a task and the workflow within that task asks for a first name, it will know to import that information from the B column row 2. If the next command asks for the last name it will pull from the C column row 2. If the next command asks for an address it will know to pull from the D column row 2. Therefore, any workflow we program within the task will pull it from a specific column and row. Then if for example, you filled out our Google Form next it would be linked to the Google spreadsheet and all info will be placed in row 3. Then each workflow would know to pull your info from column B row 3, column C row 3, column D row 3, etc. And we could do that for each new person that fills out the Google Form and import it in the workflow.
