What to do if I did not receive a verification code?

Resolution for failing to receive activation email

Possible Reasons

  • There was a typo or error in the email address used to sign up.

  • The activation email was filtered into your spam/junk folder.

  • Your email provider blocked the automated email message.


What You Can Do

  1. Resend the activation email – select “Resend Verification Code” on the sign-up page.

  2. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from service@mail.octoparse.com.

  3. Add service@mail.octoparse.com to your contacts or safe sender list.

  4. Contact Octoparse Support at support@octoparse.com to help activate your account.
