Step 1
Log in to your Account Settings page or click your profile picture (Octoparse logo in top-left corner)
Step 2
Select "Edit" next to your current email address
Step 3
Enter your new email address and click "Send Code"
Step 4
Check your inbox and enter the verification code to confirm
Important Notes
You'll need access to both email accounts (current and new) for verification
Cloud tasks and notifications will be automatically transferred
Your subscription/license remains unchanged after email update
Troubleshooting
❌ Didn't receive verification code?
Check your spam/junk folder
Ensure you entered the correct email address
Wait 5 minutes and try resending the code
