Change account email address

Step 1

Log in to your Account Settings page or click your profile picture (Octoparse logo in top-left corner)

Step 2

Select "Edit" next to your current email address

Step 3

Enter your new email address and click "Send Code"

Step 4

Check your inbox and enter the verification code to confirm


Important Notes

  • You'll need access to both email accounts (current and new) for verification

  • Cloud tasks and notifications will be automatically transferred

  • Your subscription/license remains unchanged after email update


Troubleshooting

❌ Didn't receive verification code?

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Ensure you entered the correct email address

  • Wait 5 minutes and try resending the code
