If you use Octoparse but encounter some unexpected errors like failing to upload a task, the software crashes or some buttons don't respond, you can reach out to our support team. We may need you to upload the error logs for us to troubleshoot.
How to upload the error logs?
Step 1: Go to Settings from the sidebar menu (bottom left corner)
Step 2: Go to About Octoparse
Step 3: Find the Upload error logs option
The error logs will be automatically sent to our team.
Where can you find the logs to troubleshoot on your own?
The log files are stored on your device in the path below:
