To help us troubleshoot more effectively, we may ask you to upload the error logs. This tutorial will guide you through the steps.
How to upload the error logs?
Step 1: Go to Settings from the sidebar menu (bottom left corner)
Step 2: Go to About Octoparse
Step 3: Click the Upload logs option
The error logs will be automatically sent to our team.
Where can you find the logs to troubleshoot on your own?
The log files are stored on your device in the path below:
