If you log in to Octoparse software but get an error message, this tutorial will help you resolve the login issues.
Error: Failed to fetch account data
Go to the Settings of login
Choose No proxy
Log into the account again
Error: Login failed. Please try again later / Failed to load account info. Close Octoparse and try again later. Disable your VPN if needed.
If you are using a VPN, try turning it off and attempt to log in again. VPNs may interfere with network routing and cause login failures.
If you are on a company or restricted network, you may need to configure a proxy to access the login server. Follow these steps:
Go to the Login Settings in Octoparse
Select Manual Proxy Configurations
Enter your proxy details
Confirm the settings and try logging in again
