PayPal does not allow recurring payments with your PayPal balance. You will need to use a credit card or bank account linked to PayPal for recurring payments.

1.2 Credit Card
Some banks flag or block online transactions for security reasons.

2. Expired or insufficient funds
The credit card you provided may have expired or does not have enough balance to complete the payment.
3. Invalid credit card number
The credit card number entered may be incorrect or invalid.
4. Not approved for recurring payments
The credit card or PayPal account used has not been authorized for recurring subscription payments. (This usually happens with Indian credit cards.)
