STEP 1: Log in to your account (Note: this cannot be done via the Ocoparse software)
STEP 2: Go to the Plan & Subscription
STEP 3: Click on Cancel Subscription
If you cannot find the Cancel Subscription option, it might be because:
Your account is under the free plan.
Your card information has been removed from the Payment Settings. You would not be charged if the card information is removed.
The subscription has been cancelled already.
Please note that the first month's fee after the 14-day trial ends is not refundable. Please check our refund policy here.
NOTE: You can still have access to your premium trial until it gets expired after the cancellation.
