At Octoparse, we are committed to maintaining a secure platform and preventing misuse of our services. To protect both our users and our software, accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or policies may be suspended.
Reasons for Account Suspension
Your account may be suspended if we detect any of the following activities:
Creating spammy or fake accounts that may pose security risks.
Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly apply for free trials in order to access paid features without authorization.
Using Octoparse to scrape data in ways that could introduce security risks to our platform.
Disputing payments with Octoparse.
Impact of Suspension
Suspended accounts will no longer be able to log into Octoparse software or the Octoparse website.
Once an account is suspended, Octoparse reserves the right to deny any requests for unsuspension, customer support, or refunds.
